No offense to CalTrans efforts meant by this observation, merely to say that the mountain is big, nature is great, and if the geologic forces decide to do more than flick a few rocks, then the nets won’t be able to avail much protection. =\
But yes, at least those rocks will be prohibited from harming drivers and passengers along the road.
