Wow, what a parade of beautiful cars I was treated to on my way to town today. The shoulders were crowded with cars, onlookers and more photographers than I have ever seen. They clung to hillsides, bridge trussels, laid down next the road way, and were in every possible position to grab that one-of-a-kind shot. I drove one handed and shot blind, which meant very few even depict a car, never mind a good photo of a car. I tried!

Certainly eye candy to the max!
Your describing is equal to any picture, Kate. I can see you doing drive and shoot. Too lovely.
I am virtually next to a fabulous rising curve, up and up, Carmel Valley's laid out below, then a fine bit of breathless curving, left on Laureles Grade (on which I'm staying off) to Laguna Seca. Not a single Maserati, Lamborghini, or DeLorean resists pedal to the metal. Even birds envying the finely tuned roar. Weather divine. Can't wait to see you.
My Grandfather, a Canadian, (dob 1894) was Proud Owner of a Stutz Bearcat, circa 1933-ish ... He would have loved to read your description.
Thank You Sweet Kate
