so how are folks to live their lives with this closure, I guess that is the million dollar question, eh?
I had to laugh. It always seems to me that the extravagant show of gratitude for cooperation from residents is on display, and the deepest of considering in multitudinous meetings take place with officials, then they charge ahead and do what works for them. The audacity to think it's okay to cut off a community for months at a time, to make an island of that rocky coastline, is just stunning. A fall back to the way indians were treated by the local fort's Director of Indian Affairs with the nettlesome natives. And no home brew or colorful blankets being passed out to quell the savage breast. Or are they.
