HIGHWAY 1/ROCKY CREEK VIADUCT PROJECT CONTINUES WITH DAYTIME ROADWORK AND INTERMITTENT OVERNIGHT CLOSURES

SPECIAL NOTE: Hwy. 1 at Pitkins Curve (mile marker 21.3) will have a full closure from Thursday, April 4 at 11 pm until 6 am Friday, April 5. Temporary working platforms on the west side of the hwy. need to be removed and a crane needs to sit in the hwy. just south of the rock shed to perform this work. Only emergency vehicles will be allowed to go through.

Daytime roadwork on Highway 1 at Rocky Creek continues next week from 7 am to 5 pm Monday, April 8 through Friday, April 12.

Night and overnight Work has been cancelled for tonight, Tuesday, April 2.

There is NO NIGHT WORK/Closures scheduled for next week—Sunday, April 7 through Thursday, April 11.

Daytime work being done next week consists of setting forms to pour concrete on the bridge deck.
