I was playing decades old Pavarotti at the Met, doing Verdi's obscure Eranani, magnificently full volume across my meadow and thinking how much the plants get out of good opera and wondering if it wouldn't control fires, ala music soothing the savage breast. The heat does produce air currents and vibration, maybe it can be countered.
Interesting idea, Barbara! Only you! I need to play some good classical to my garden - probably not opera, though!
