Weather Report

NOAA is predicting 1 and 1/2 to 2 inches. Woohoo!

From a SLO Co Meterologist I follow:

Partly to mostly cloudy skies will continue through tonight. Today’s maximum temperatures will reach the low to mid 60s.

A cold front will pass through Northern California tonight. This cold front pass over San Luis Obispo County on Wednesday
with rain showers. Rain showers will start about 4 a.m. and will continue into Thursday morning. The rain is subtropical
in nature which will result in mild overnight temperatures. Snow levels are forecast to range between 6,000 and 7,000′.

Total rainfall amounts are forecast to range between 0.25 and 0.45 inches, with up to 0.75 inches in the San Simeon
and Cambria areas and along the Santa Lucia mountains.

3/4 of an inch sure sounds good to me! I am so sick of the dust that permeates my pores.

And from NOAA:

FAVORABLE OROGRAPHIC LIFT PLUS MORE FAVORABLE DYNAMICS. EXPECT MORE THAN AN INCH FOR THE NORTH BAY, SANTA CRUZ, AND SANTA LUCIA MOUNTAINS, 1/3″ TO 2/3″ FOR NORTH BAY TOWNS, BETWEEN 1/4″ AND 1/2″ FOR MUCH OF SF BAY, AND LESS THAN 1/4 ” FOR SANTA CLARA/SALINAS VALLEY.

An inch sounds even better!
