The increased humidity today will tamp this thing down. Welcomed relief for residents and firefighters.

Good job, Kate. Right in the thick of it.
Yesterday was smokey (Carmel mid-Valley), today it's a thick cloud obliterating the view of even the closest hills. People driving in from the coast have their headlights on. My heart's with you.

Why does second photo down from the top , look like the fire has come all the way down to HWY 1 ?
