From Bad to Worse ,,,Two things are on my mind , first does any one know how the Pfeiffer Fire got started ? and second , could CPOA purchase a Helmut Cam , to lend to helicopter pilots, who come to fight fires in residential areas like Pfeiffer , Partington, B S Valley and P V ? I did ask a chopper pilot why not , his reply, was the pilot focus was beyond his ability to record during flight ??? So how can skydivers video their free falling ?
The consensus seems to be it was started by an illegal campfire, under or near the bridge across from the Lodge at the State Park.
Not sure what, if anything, a helmet cam might show. Could be great, or could be the inside if the helicopter.
