  Kate, one of these days (in your leisure time) you might compile a diary of entries about the animals you've re-united with families, or rescued from the cold of night; the people returned to safety from lost in the woods, cliffs, ocean over these many years. You are a kind of angelic watchtower from high up there, and it's very touching.
