  • Thanks for posting this Kate- we really appreciate the visibility! This is the VWA's third presentation of the Wild & Scenic Film Festival & this year's line-up will focus on wild things, wild places & 50 years of The Wilderness Act. We'll screen 12 short films selected from the main event in Nevada City last January, plus two locally-produced films highlighting the Ventana Wilderness & US Forest Service national Volunteer of the Year Mike Heard. As always, all proceeds will directly benefit VWA programs like Volunteer Wilderness Rangers, Youth in Wilderness and the VWA Trail Crew. Local sponsors have donated some excellent raffle prizes & celebrity MC Adam Scott should make the evening plenty fun.
