I was up close and personal with the tunnel fire. Fall doesn't mean we are out of the fire season. It's only half over. Be careful.

  Bill, my brother lost everything but his animals in the Witch Fire - 50 years of his art that can't be replaced, among other things. But with being over insured, and the settlement from PG and E, they rebuilt the home of his wife's dreams. But it was a tough go. Surprised their marriage survived.

Given the imminent and obvious danger of this phenomena, it has been decided to cancel fall this year and move it to an appropriate place after the good rainy winter promised by El Niño. Details to follow... Big Sur Nation Structural Climate Adjustment Bureau.
