  This is how it was sent to me. From what I can tell, only one letter on a couple lines are missing - the "e" in the and the "v" in the Carmel Valley abbreviation. The meeting is about the MCSO not covering these hinterlands from 2-5 am ... We are on our own, which we really always have been, at least down here on the South Coast. Vigilantes, any one?
