When I drove my town run yesterday and today, I saw how many potentially active slides there are from Limekiln to Fuller's. The numerous gullies (and a lot of them new for this year) are already opened up clear of stable topsoill and plant cover. Rocks are barely holding on the edge, and plenty of mud is available, ready to go! CALTRANS is out in force, doing their best, but expect it to be dangerous when the the runoff from the over-saturated walls high above the road starts coming down. It'll be carrying a lot of BIG loose rocks and not to mention the MUD! Plan accordingly!
