NOON – Traffic at a standstill, both NB and SB. At Elephant’s Trunk, two vehicles stuck facing each other on one lane portion. Both refused to back up and then couldn’t as traffic backed up. Law Enforcement on way. Ah, so glad I decided to stay home today!
