Bummer! Why can't some people just leave folk's stuff alone? Some sort of feeling of entitlement?
Can you find a sign (or I'll make you one) that says THIS PROPERTY IS UNDER CAMERA SURVEILANCE to discourage such nonsense. It's terribly disturbing to have this kind of thing happen.
