• Incredible! I think Brendon did exactly the right thing: documented the offense and provided identifying information. Hopefully this went to the agency with jurisdiction so that appropriate fines will be levied. I can’t believe there is a living soul in California who is not aware of the potential of fire damage in your state.

• And a CA plate, too. Unless it's rented and they are from another planet, who wouldn't know about California's fire danger, except the totally incompetent. Glad a photo record was taken and hope this is reported, fined and jailed.
