so will this be another task for the fine CHP personnel to manage that are however in such short supply they can’t be tasked to cover the cluster-clunk of the Rio Road debacle? ahem…. hard to not be cynical. and fwiw, how about a subcontractor hired to manage the traffic there? somebody, anybody? sigh, somehow the logic of this eludes me.
