This is not the first time at that location, and it won't be the last.
The worst possible location with the construction, and the worst possible time, 5:12 pm. It took 2 hours to clear the bus. I cannot even imagine what the traffic snarl was like.

Ha this is not the first time i’ve seen the same thing .. so i also stopped & got a photo. I’m laughing because it takes a crain for the tour company who’s touring our neighborhood to get turned around. Is this the special tour?
