At 5:00 pm — IC reports fire is now 1000 acres w/ potential for 4000 acres & is now 15% contained. it is burning east and parallel (approximately) to the 46.
Friend reported that SLU is seeking assistance from BEU on a fire 10 miles south of 46. He also reports there are 4 tankers working this fire.
