Interesting this message came on Monday- Big Sur was incredibly busy from Thursday-Sunday- thousands and thousands of travelers from all over. The bit about 'staying home except for essential activities' has me perplexed. Essential activities seem to include traveling 4+ hours from ones home, dining out, vacationing.....I suppose we all have choices.
