    It's going to be interesting to see how small a tree it takes to initiate a clogging of a ten-foot culvert, or how they will be kept out during the next event--also what assumptions regarding a clean-out regimen and the amount of debris that is waiting for said event. Assumptions and engineering have certain limitations . . .
