Monterey County Land Use Plan (I was sent an incorrect link, so will have to find it and add it later, or maybe it is ob tge BSLIP update page)

The LUAC meeting agendas link is also incorrect, so will have to find and correct this link. BTW, the MoCo website is one of the worst websites to navigate I have ever encountered.
