O the irony that the library named for Henry Miller holds ultra-loud events featuring DJs and big name artists. Apparently, the "eloquent silence" Miller so revered is only for residents of Partington Ridge where Miller had his home. The rest of us are damned to endure the flames of audio hell emanating from urbanite infested ridge tops, restaurants, and resorts. How Big Sur land use has deviated from the philosophy and goals of the Big Sur Land Use Plan.
