  • This is confusing. From Fullers Point (mile marker 42) to Ragged Point (approximately 45 miles away) for a rock slide? Exactly where is the rock slide?

  • Probably because it's south of the business are on the north coast so it doesn't affect them and saves people an 80 mile round trip since they can't get through.

  • Heat/cold+expand/contract+earthquake=slide
It’s the price we pay for living in the most beautiful area in the U.S. I’m just thankful no one was hurt, when that slide occurred.

  • In south Cayucos we got two very
small jolts. It was far less than the 6.5 Dec. 22,2003 san simeon earthquake which caused an estimated $250 million of damage.

  • A fluid situation as the closure points are being moved. Not sure why they have the "location" listed as Templeton though....
