It is a lull…

As is usual, it is Mining Ridge for the win.

From NOAA; 709 AM PDT Thu Apr 21 2022

.SYNOPSIS...A bit of a lull in the rain this morning. Periods of
rain with isolated thunderstorms this afternoon. Heaviest rain
will be from San Francisco southward. Another round of showers
with isolated thunderstorms tonight into early Friday with showers
ending by midday. Warming trend this weekend as dry weather
returns through at least the middle of next week.

.DISCUSSION...as of 07:15 AM PDT Thursday...Morning update...
Expect a lull in the storm activity through the morning before a
return of additional showers and isolated thunderstorms arrives
this afternoon and persist through tomorrow morning.

thanks for the rain update. Got about 1/4 here in Prunedale an still looking a bit dark.

Too late for the brown grass. But April showers May bring flowers. Is the Mining Ridge weather station actually at Cone Peak?
