holy smokes ! while I am definitely a HUGE supporter of re-engaging in a fire-balanced ecosystem I am again alarmed at the timing of this. whew.... best of luck to ALL involved !

really friends, springtime, when things can barely burn and the workers have to fan the flames along, really WORKING with blowers and fuel drip torches to get things to modestly burn at a low-impact level, c'mon, let's do THAT, please. do even a modest amount of research about when the people 'before us' managed to live here without the chaos we're encountering and one finds timing is key.

now, when fuel moistures are still shockingly low, this is scary.
