Flood Advisory In Effect from 2/28/2023 12:53 PM to 4:00 PM The National Weather Service has issued a flood advisory for Monterey County, including the Monterey Peninsula from effective immediately until 4:00 PM. WHAT: Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. WHERE: Portions of Monterey County, including the Monterey Peninsula. WHEN: from 12:53 PM to 4:00 PM IMPACTS: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
