HIGHWAY 1 CLOSED DUE TO RAIN AND ROCKFALL
BETWEEN RAGGED POINT AND DEETJEN’S INN
MONTEREY / SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTIES – Due to multiple reports of rockfall and at the request of the California Highway Patrol, Highway 1 is now closed from Ragged Point Inn in San Luis Obispo County to just south of Deetjen’s Big Sur Inn in Monterey County.
Updates will be provided tomorrow as crews are able to assess road conditions during daylight hours.
