Evacuation Order for Salinas River areas

The Monterey County Sheriff’s Office has upgraded Evacuation Warnings to Evacuation Orders for residents in areas of Salinas River due to flooding effective immediately and until further notice.

I'm only curious as to how many people are at risk. Not even a question for you, Kate, as I've driven through the county roads and know the land. Just thinking out loud I guess.
