ANNUAL BIG SUR BOOK AND BAKE SALE

Saturday, Sunday, Monday May 27 – 29       10 am to 4 pm     Ripplewood Lawn

Presented by the Friends of the Library, Big Sur and the Big Sur Grange

REQUEST FOR BOOKS….

We’re stocking up on used books for the Annual Book Sale this month.  If you have books to donate, please pack them in reasonable sized boxes, and drop them off during Library open hours only.  

Volunteers are needed to help set up on Friday and sell on the other 3 days.  Shifts: Friday–9 am until finished; Saturday, Sunday & Monday:  9:30am–1:00pm and 1:00pm to 4:30 pm.  Please call 667-2292 with your name and phone number to volunteer. Come and find the books you never know you needed, all in aid of our fine library.

Attention Community-minded Big Sur bakers!

    Wanted:  Scrumptious donations of home-baked goods for the Grange Bake Sale.  Goods can be dropped off the day before the sale at Ripplewood Store or on the 3 mornings of the sale.

    Best sellers: Cookies!  Pies!  Breads!  Cakes!  Muffins!  Scones!  Cupcakes! And even jams & jellies.  But, pleaseNOTHING THAT NEEDS REFRIGERATION

    Are you interested in working a three-hour shift at this fun event?Have questions?  Call Carol Shadwell (831-667-2143).  Proceeds help maintain and preserve the Grange Hall.
