Possible rain?

From Daniel Swain, Weather West,: “A cut-off low will develop near the Central Coast, inducing relatively moist and unstable flow over the state (flow will be from east to west over NorCal!). Best shot at substantial downpours will be over mtns, but could occur locally even to coast north of LA/SB. #CAwx”

  • Just about that time when the soil is dead dry and all elemental creatures are crying for rain. Tears don't water plants, so anything at all on the rain scale is beneficial. Our fog has been a blessing. Thank-you, Kate!

  • I don't disagree that fog has been cool and perhaps a fire deterrent yet its about another event, an increasingly warmer Pacific..which isn't a beneficial deal...making references, such as blessings feels very churchy- god stuff.. which is childishly distracting
