Caution, this looks like Dictamnus albus (burning bush)... it most likely isn't as they are rare to North America, though it would be best to have someone accurately identify what you have growing between your wood deck.
The name burning bush derives from the volatile oils produced by the plant, which can spontaneous combust in hot weather.
It is thought that Moses may have stumbled upon the Dictamnus albus or possibly the Acacia burning, many believe it was the Acacia as it has high concentrations of DMT and would have caused visions.
