Per the attached public notice, Caltrans will hold a virtual public hearing on January 17th.

Hope you have someone knowledgeable about environmental and CEQA laws go over this with a fine tooth comb because CalTrans never does comprehensive, meaningful EIR’s and they don’t abide by environmental laws.
Hope you have someone who’s knowledgeable about CEQA and your LCP go over this with a fine tooth comb because CT never abides by either nor do they follow many EIR recommendations.
