AT THE BIG SUR GRANGE 

FEBRUARY 13, 2024 

The Big Sur Grange is holding a Meet The Candidates Night on February 13, 2024. 

The candidates that will attend are the candidates for Monterey County Supervisor 

For District Five, which includes Big Sur:

Policy Advisor 

ALAN HAFFA 

Monterey Council member/Instructor 

BILL LIPE 

Businessman 

Initial discussion topics will include:

The Big Sur Land Use Plan, old and new

Short Term Rentals/Vacation Rentals/Event spaces

Bridge Railings 

Doors open at 5:30 PM

Presentations, questions, and discussion begin at 6:00 PM 

Duration 1 hour 

Social Time / Meet and Greet time follows the formal session.
