There is no estimate for opening. Hwy. 1 also remains closed from Dolan Point at PM 29.7 to just south of Limekiln State Park at PM 20.”

As for Starling power usage, I turn off the Snow Melt option in settings as soon as potential snow fall has passed. When Snow Melt is in PreHeat or Automatic, it sucks down the electrons like a toaster oven.
