We've been gasping a lot. It's exhaling that's a problem.
Excellent advise Kate. When we are stressed, we tend to hold our breath. Breathing slow and filling our lungs with a deep breath is relaxing and oxygenating our bodies and brains. We need to stay calm with clarity, or the world and our nation's events will be overwhelming and lead to a high stress level. Which won't help to navigate through these crazy times.
Then what?
