  • Before the Orange Man got elected, there was a notable bipartisan immigration bill, known as the
Border Act of 2024 (S.4361), which was not supported by Donald Trump and subsequently failed in the Senate. I don't claim to know if this bill was the best for America/Immigrants but it was defeated so he could carry on his nonsense. Next there is his "Birthday" Parade. It's never ending. So sad.

  • I zoomed into arguments. Incredible to hear especially Trumps DOJs team arguing for unchecked oversight. Loved hearing the discussion on what going through the governor means. Based on the questions sounded like the judge will side with Newsom on national guard but not take up the marines issue yet.

    • I zoomed in for arguments, too. It was fascinating. He did grill the USAG, which I loved. I agree. Sounds like he is going to side with Newsom.
