Found Dog, 7/19/26 near Gorda – OWNER FOUND

I love a happy ending. Dog owner found and put in contact with person who found dog.

My son found a female dog running loose on the road near to Gorda while on a camping trip in Big Sur. The locals didn’t recognize her. She seems well fed and well cared for, although is very shy of people. We have contacted the local shelters and posted on Pawboost, and taking her in to see if she has a chip, shortly. She’s safe at our home, but obviously we want to find the owners as soon as possible.
