Peace must start from within. I go out in nature and feel an overwhelming sense of kindness toward all other living things. I appreciate them all, plants and animals, just being there, and I realize they, in their own unique way, are enjoying their lives, just as I'm enjoying mind. With that experience in mind, I can't help feeling peaceful toward everything.
