AS OF 9/1 – Highway 1 remains closed from mile marker 56 (south of the Little Sur River) on the north end to mile marker 0.09 (just north of the San Luis Obispo County line) on the south end. No estimated time for reopening has been provided..

  • Some local humor on display or Caltrans needs to review their hiring practices.
    A Bixby Bridge sign is on the southbound side of the Granite Canyon Bridge/ highway 1. Got to make the tourists ask what's the big deal with this bridge. LOL
