The first is Silver Lupine (Lupinus albifrons). The second looks like Coast Paintbrush (Castilleja affinis). The last picture is of Blue Dicks (Dichelostemma capitatum). They are in the Asparagus Family (Asparagaceae) and not onions.
Thanks, XT. I knew they were Blue Dicks, but didn't know re asparagus family.
