To Walt Partymiller FYI Spanish moss is not found outside the southeastern US. This is lace Litchen. Ramalina Menziesii . It is a sign of good air quality. The last time it was in Los Angeles County was 1928! It is not parasitic. It actually keeps the oaks healthy.
