  • Does anyone know of CalTrans overall plan for "fixing" Paul's Slide? Is it to cut further back into the hillside to a point where future slides can be contained before the roadway? How many cubic yards would this entail?

  • The problem with the approach suggested of cutting back further into the mountain, is that they run into the Hermitage land and driveway. It had to be moved or rerouted after the 2017-2018 slides. That is a huge problem for all.

  • Yikes! We think we have problems up to the north.... 😳 That looks utterly devastating with nowhere to keep it from sliding some more.
