Please respect Big Sur and us and let us heal. The cause of this fire is till under investigation, but the likely cause is human — either directly or indirectly. Plaskett is burned on both sides of the road from very close to the highway all the way up. This is not an area that can support campers, tourists, or lookey-loos at the moment.
