I checked with the country this morning and they are planning to post their plan either this afternoon or tomorrow on their website. This is the winter of 98 all over again. Maybe this time we will get a fix and not a patch

Yes, this is the road. The county has abandoned the failed culvert by plugging it with rocks and allowing the water to flow down a driveway and across the road until it flows back into the main water course.
