RIP Rock knocker of the CB, Don Harlan golden era of Big Sur Caltrans…Ralph was a pillar of the South Coast. He alway seemed to know what was happening on Highway one.

Kate, I have been in Mexico for a few weeks and just read that Ralph passed. I am so sad to hear that. I can only imagine how you must feel losing him. I always enjoyed talking with Ralph, listing to his stories and kidding around with him. God bless you for all the love and care that you gave to him.
