Doesn’t Caltrans have those LED digital lit trailer signs with that message parked in both directions somewhere near?
Yes, Andrew, it has the trailer lights, but I think it just says closed, etc.

Good work. It just needs Caltrans IT crew to update/ add some additional information to those signs; it should do the trick and get local media to post/report on it too.
