Sunday Photos – VA Memory/Rose Garden – Happy Mother’s Day

Up at the VA Hospital in Palo Alto, there is a spiral that is flanked by rose bushes planted in memory of a loved veteran. It is beautiful and I spent some time there the last time I was up at the VA Hospital. The roses are not identified, except for the vet it was planted to honor. Here are a few of the roses.   6. I never met a rose I didn’t like! They’re gorgeous and one of my favorite flowers.
    I’m excited to hear re: the rose garden @ Sheid Winery. Would that be the one on 101 near King City? I pass it monthly on my long drive to the Monterey Peninsula and now have another excuse to stop there!
