BASED ON SPOTTER REPORTS...HAVE ISSUED A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW ABOVE 2000 FEET FOR THE SAN FRANCISCO AND MONTEREY BAY AREA MOUNTAINS. THE ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 10 PM THIS EVENING.
