This is one of my all-time favorites, Fairy Habitat. If you have been following this blog for a while, you will recognize it.
I’ve been going through my digital photos, trying to get at least my favorites organized and on my iPad – no easy feat. So, throughout the rest of the fall and winter, I’ll be offering up a 1 or 2 each Friday, baring fires, floods, road closures and other Big Sur emergencies.
First, there is a theme going on with these, so I give you more than a couple.

When we get tired of this, I’ll try Travel Tuesdays or something. 😉

I did not have any thunder up here. Believe me, Dakota would have let me know. No clouds this morning, so maybe we dodged that bullet.
Off to the vet for stitches and tranquilizers. This is the second time in two months. Missy, of course.
In the meantime, enjoy this recent shot from Dan Danbom.

I took one of my rare trips to King City the other day, and notice how low the River was. Many places it was completely dry, but in the places where there was water, it was stagnant.
